We hired Greg and his team from Catalyst Windows to replace several windows in our home, and the results speak for themselves. Beyond the window installation itself, they did meticulous finish work — rebuilding the trim, matching the paint, and sealing everything perfectly so it looks seamless with the rest of the house. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us think through our options during selection instead of just pushing a sale.

What really stood out was their reliability: they showed up exactly when they said they would, kept us in the loop constantly, and hit the timeframe they promised with zero delays. Pricing was competitive and completely transparent — no surprise charges, no hidden fees.

Then, when we ran into a separate problem with our sliding door that we thought might require a full, costly replacement, Greg's team came back, diagnosed the issue, brought the right replacement parts, and fixed it on the spot — saving us a significant amount of money in the process.

They treated our home with respect, left the workspace spotless every single day, and were genuinely a pleasure to have around. This is a team that clearly takes pride in doing things right. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and we recommend them without reservation.

I have asked Catalyst Windows to replace windows, wash windows and replace screen doors. They always arrived on time, and did an excellent job at the quoted price.

Greg and his crew helped us replace 3 windows and a sliding door in our home. We were extremely happy with the quality they put into their work and how clean they left our home after the job was finished.

Greg did an excellent job for us and was timely in his responses to our request.
